Welcome to Shree Shyam Cargo Packers and Movers. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional relationship between you and us. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Shree Shyam Cargo Packers and Movers provides relocation, packing, moving, transportation, and storage services as agreed upon at the time of booking.
The services are limited to those explicitly mentioned in the agreement or quotation provided to the customer.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All service bookings must be confirmed via written communication, email, or signed agreements.
A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure your booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved, pickup and delivery locations, and any special requirements.
The customer is responsible for packing high-value, fragile, or perishable items unless specified in the agreement.
The customer must ensure that all items to be moved are ready for packing and loading at the agreed-upon time.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made as per the terms agreed upon during booking.
Any additional charges for services not covered in the original agreement will be communicated and billed separately.
Delayed or non-payment may result in a suspension of services.

5. Liability and Insurance

While we handle your belongings with care, Shree Shyam Cargo Packers and Movers will not be liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or improper packing by the customer.
Customers are advised to insure high-value or delicate items. Insurance coverage for goods can be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges.

6. Restricted Items

The transportation of hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. This includes explosives, flammable materials, and contraband.
Any violation of this condition will lead to immediate cancellation of services without a refund.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

We strive to adhere to the agreed timelines; however, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shree Shyam Cargo Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for any delays due to such circumstances.

9. Storage Services

Items stored in our facilities must be declared, and storage fees must be paid on time.
Unclaimed goods or non-payment of storage fees may result in the disposal of items after prior notice to the customer.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.

11. Amendments

Shree Shyam Cargo Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
